Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only products purchased online at www.fountainmedical.co.za will be accepted. Any product returns purchased at any other retailer must be handled by that retailer.
Regarding food items:
For health and safety reasons we cannot exchange or refund any Organix or Happy Family products whether opened or unopened if:
- You have changed your mind for any reason.
- You have purchased the incorrect products or quantities.
- You or your child does not like the product.
We will evaluate your request for an exchange or refund under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect products were delivered by us - provided products are unopened by customer.
- Incorrect quantities of product were delivered by us - provided products are unopened by customer.
- Products have expired BEFORE delivery.
- Products have evidently expired before designated expiry date.
- Products are damaged during or before delivery.
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased online at www.happyfamilyorganics.co.za, please call 0117949060 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number.
To complete your return, we require:
- A receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to any other retailer.
- Collection address and telephone number within South Africa only.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Please note, refunds are processed through our payment gateway partner, Peach Payments, and due to a significant increase in national online shopping, refunds may take up to a week to process.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0117949060.
Product returns will be collected by our courier company at no additional charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
